Where are you located?

Are the doors of your building open for the clients?

Yes if not we can open it from the office just call me or text me once you get there.

What's your schedule?

We are in the office from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. However, if there is an emergency, we can come as early as 6:00 am. But please make sure to call and make an appointment as we require some time to go out and pick up the units from the store

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty.

Are your parts genuine?

Yes, they are. We buy our parts from 3rd party companies that sell certified original parts.

Are you certified?

Yes, we are INDEPENDENT Apple Certified Technicians, and we have a bunch of others certifications from different companies from the USA and international.
